What office space should I choose for my business?
The choice of office space depends directly on the size of the team, the work organization, and the company's activity. A well-sized space allows for comfortable working while anticipating future needs.
Determine the number of collaborators
The first criterion is naturally the number of people who will work on the premises.
Common areas must also be planned: meeting room, reception, break area, storage or individual offices.
Anticipating the company's development
Choosing an office solely based on one's current needs can quickly become restrictive.
If your company plans to recruit or expand its business, it may be worthwhile to plan for additional space from the outset.
Individual office or modular space?
Depending on the activity, different configurations can be considered: individual offices, open space, modular spaces or a combination of several spaces.
The goal is to find a balance between working comfort, functionality and budget.
